Thank you for purchasing Nano Banana2. We aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy for customers who purchase subscriptions, credit packs, and other paid services through the official Nano Banana2 website.
This policy applies to direct purchases made through nano-banana2.com unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- You may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of a successful purchase.
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase are generally not eligible, unless otherwise required by law.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- No more than 2 successful AI generation or editing tasks have been completed after purchase.
- No more than 5% of the paid credits from the order or current billing cycle have been used, and the used paid credits do not exceed 100 credits, whichever is lower.
- The account has not violated our Terms of Service, triggered abuse or fraud reviews, or engaged in abnormal refund behavior.
- The order is a real paid order. Gift credits, promotional credits, trial benefits, registration credits, and free credits are not refundable.
Failed tasks do not count as successful usage. If credits were automatically returned for failed tasks, those credits do not count as used paid credits.
If paid credits have been used before a refund is approved, we may deduct the value of the used credits from the refund amount.
For refund calculation purposes, each used paid credit is valued at the lower of:
- USD $0.03 per paid credit; or
- the actual per-credit price paid for the order or current billing cycle.
Used credit deduction = number of used paid credits x the applicable per-credit value.
The deduction for used credits will not exceed the actual amount paid for the order. If the order was paid in CNY or another currency, the deduction may be converted to the original payment currency using the applicable exchange rate at the time of refund processing.
Where applicable, non-refundable payment processing fees, bank charges, taxes, or currency conversion costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Approved refunds for annual plans are subject to a 4% processing fee to cover payment handling and administrative costs from the original transaction.
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- The request is submitted more than 7 calendar days after purchase.
- More than 2 successful AI generation or editing tasks have been completed.
- More than 5% of the paid credits from the order or billing cycle have been used, or more than 100 paid credits have been used.
- The service has been substantially used, including content generation, downloads, commercial use, or batch testing.
- Subscription renewal payments, unless there is a confirmed technical issue on our side or otherwise required by law.
- Gift credits, promotional credits, trial benefits, registration credits, or free credits.
- Accounts involving Terms-of-Service violations, abuse, fraud, risk reviews, chargebacks, or malicious refund behavior.
- Orders explicitly marked as non-refundable, including certain promotional, heavily discounted, or special orders.
- You may contact us at any time to cancel future subscription renewals.
- After cancellation, you may continue using the remaining benefits until the end of the current paid billing cycle, unless a refund has been approved.
- If a subscription refund is approved, the current billing cycle benefits will end immediately, remaining subscription credits will be revoked, and the account will no longer have access to the related paid features or commercial rights.
- If a credit pack refund is approved, any remaining unused credits from that credit pack will be revoked.
- If some paid credits have already been used, we may deduct the used portion according to the used-credit deduction rules above.
- Gift credits, registration credits, promotional credits, trial benefits, and free credits are not included in the refundable amount.
After a refund is completed:
- Remaining credits related to the refunded order will be revoked.
- Related subscription benefits, commercial rights, and premium features will end.
- Content associated with the refunded order may not be used for new commercial purposes unless a valid license is purchased again.
- Billing, payment, risk review, and support communication records may be retained as required for accounting, compliance, fraud prevention, and privacy purposes.
