We want you to feel confident when purchasing Nano Banana2 subscriptions, credits, and commercial add-ons. This policy explains when refunds are available, what evidence is required, and how long processing takes. It applies to all direct purchases made through nano-banana2.com unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase timestamp.
- Requests submitted after 7 days are automatically declined regardless of reason.
Your account must satisfy all conditions below:
- Usage limit: Fewer than 10 AI processing tasks (generation or editing jobs) were submitted after the purchase.
- Credit balance: At least 80% of purchased credits remain unused.
- Policy compliance: The Service has not been used in violation of the Terms of Service.
- Unique order: The request involves paid credits or subscriptions (promo/bonus credits do not qualify).
Send an email to support@nano-banana2.com within the 7‑day window and include:
- Account email and order/receipt ID.
- Purchase channel (Stripe, in-app checkout, etc.).
- A concise reason for requesting a refund.
- Confirmation that the usage and credit requirements above are met.
Incomplete submissions will be returned for clarification and may fall outside the request window.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Requests submitted after 7 days.
- Accounts that executed 10 or more AI tasks, or consumed over 20% of purchased credits.
- Renewals of existing subscriptions (you may cancel future billing at any time).
- Credits granted through trials, promotions, giveaways, or referral programs.
- Orders purchased with significant promotional discounts that explicitly state “non-refundable”.
- Accounts flagged for abuse, chargebacks, or other Terms-of-Service violations.

If you partially used the service but still meet some criteria, we may grant a pro-rated refund. We consider:
- Amount of credits consumed versus remaining.
- Time elapsed since purchase.
- Whether commercial rights were exercised.
- Presence of technical issues on our side.
Partial refunds are discretionary and determined solely by Nano Banana2 support.
- Email support@nano-banana2.com anytime to request cancellation.
- After cancellation you may keep using remaining credits until the current billing period ends.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
- Subscription benefits (including commercial licenses) stay active through the paid term.
- You may disable auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
- Turning off auto-renewal does not shorten the active subscription.
If you purchased a commercial plan or add-on:
- Standard refund rules apply.
- Upon refund approval, commercial licensing privileges end immediately.
- Assets generated under commercial license must cease commercial deployment unless you purchase another license.
Once a refund is finalized we may:
- Revoke account access to prevent further usage.
- Delete generated images, prompts, and stored files associated with the refunded order.
- Retain minimal billing metadata for compliance (see Privacy Policy).
Back up any content you wish to keep before requesting a refund.
We may modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of Nano Banana2 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
